The “Samaritan’s Leading Action” as a non-profit organization, based in Stockholm (Sweden), aims to provide a regulatory framework that enables foreigners and nationals of a country, a regional integration and continents’ insertion within themselves and into the interconnected worlds. The Samaritan’s Leading Action helps to welcome, to encourage, to motivate, and to lead individuals (foreigners, natives or nationals of territories) to be fairly taken care of through cooperation. The “Samaritan’s Leading Action” is to guide and to grant newcomers in Sweden and any other part of the world, the assistance of being well integrated in the swedish civil society and elsewhere both on the basis of the receiving country’s (Sweden) principles and the Convention on Human Rights and fundamental freedoms.
In terms of Sweden, where the non-profit organization takes roots, in march 2019 and implemented through internal rules and a strong status in november 2019, the Samaritan’s Leading Action (SLA), considered a bridge between the entire swedish communities consisted of foreigners and natives, has the duty to help leading the newcomers to get tied to their goal for a perfect future in their receiving country (Sweden). Concerning the other parts of the Third World countries such as Côte d’Ivoire of which the organization is more target to, the similar framework programmes are concerned with Ivorian nationals and the neighbouring foreigners who have been living for years in the country. On top of that the SLA also deals with issues taking into account the Western african states’ (ECOWAS) difficulties while speaking of the integration of the youth (child soldiers and ex child soldiers and child captives and ex child captives), adults, orphans, widows, widowers and girls and women who are being abused, exploited, humiliated, and raped during wartime or post electoral crisis in their respective civil societies (Benin, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Liberia, Togo…).
Once the above mentioned prerogatives are the concerns of the United Nations and other non-governmental organizations and remains one of the most troubling issues on the international agenda, it is therefore important even imperative for the SLA to identify the problems clearly and to establish specific priority objectives and taking account of the social and cultural dimensions of the problems which should be closed to the people’s (foreigners and nationals) real interests (the educational, resident and work permits, labour force or workforce, judiciary issues). The SLA in order to ensure the successful implementation of legal and regulatory frameworks will mostly be devoted and willing to collaborate with judges, legal advisors, prosecutors, prison directors, teachers, lecturers, medical doctors, nurses, principals, deputies and heads of department for the best of the newcomers welcomed in Sweden and for nationals too. This will also be necessary to conduct a campaign of explanation and information to newcomers and nationals living in Sweden and in the other concerned countries. The SLA will also communicate permanently with foreigners and nationals to know about their needs in order for these ones’ difficulties to be given the perfect and effective solutions. The SLA’s role is also delighted to take part in civil -and criminal trials for support or assistance to accused (individuals) who have either lawfully or unlawfully been trailed. The SLA has therefore the duty to organize seminars and conferences once or twice a month in order to make sure that all people indeed requests have been completed or achieved. Otherwise, these ones can be referred to departments specialized in solving issues they are faced with.
With this in mind, the SLA will be active in welcoming legal foreigners such as refugees, asylum seekers and even newcomers once they step foot in Sweden or elsewhere. The SLA with her multi -and pluridisciplinary frameworks and knowledge will conveniently deploy much more effort in the youth education while paving the right way for them in Sweden and in Côte d’Ivoire as well as in the ECOWAS regional integration. In sum, the youth will be given more attention and led to more activities and trained for the most. The youth may be rightfully included in the civil societies receiving them so that they can feel happy and forget about the worst they went through for the most part of their past (child soldiers, ex child soldiers, wartime- and disaster evacuees...). The SLA works on behalf of the youth including girls and women who have survived the nightmare of conflicts, wars and post election crisis so that they can leave behind them their past and start a joyful and pleasant life either in Sweden, Côte d’Ivoire or in other parts of the world. This specific group of children and women will be assisted and given the adequate solution to the past they went through and be well inserted and placed in either their own or receiving civil society for a better future.
The SLA is therefore willing to operate through seminars and conferences based on the Convention on Human Rights and Principles of freedoms in order to explicitly explain and inform the newcomers. This method will conveniently help targeting and attracting the concerned ones in need of motivation so that they can be included and become independent in the receiving country of Sweden or elsewhere. All this will help and motivate the concerned ones to promote cooperation and cohabitation with nationals, for a better swedish society and for the entire world since it is a matter of an interconnected world. The SLA will act as a catalyzer towards peaceful cooperation between the different administrations for the best of foreigners and nationals on the basis of principles of the receiving country and the Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. In order for the SLA to successfully achieve her goal, she will put much more effort into the educational issues (at the primary, secondary, university and professional levels…). On top of that, this will be helpful to newcomers and nationals to become involved in the educational domain and can be converted into new academic areas for further job opportunities or economic, and industrial conversion, professional retraining and project reconversion.
Since education is most important in human being’s life, and even mentioned in the European Convention on Human Right about one’s right to education in its Article 2 of Protocol No1, stipulates that everyone has the right to go to school, and so is the same mentioned by the United Nation Development Program (UNDP) for which it remains one focal point of the three criteria (education, public health and welfare) upon which the UNDP makes the ranking of the countries. Therefore, the SLA, in order to better the future of the youth (including women), cares much more about the educational system of each society targeted or concerned with her (SLA) frameworks. The SLA is also aware of the health and rights of the youth and adults foreigners in their receiving countries (Sweden or Côte d’Ivoire). The SLA is therefore active in asserting the right of support and assistance to the newcomers that were promised to them to be fully granted or completed.
The SLA role is also about visiting detainees, prisoners and make sure that the rights and duties of these ones are conformed to the principles of the receiving country or states and the Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The SLA is involved in paying visit to sick people (youth and adults) in hospitals, medical -and clinic dispensaries, healthcare clinics. In doing so, the SLA's role is to be active in moving all around Sweden (the most focal point in the organization goal), Côte d’Ivoire, the European continent, and the African one and even all around the world to lead, guide, and help improving and implementing the Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The SLA’s task is concerned with the well being (welfare) of each youth and adult foreigners in Sweden and elsewhere in any other receiving countries (Côte d’Ivoire or the ECOWAS...).
Still the SLA will motivate foreigners to be connected and depending on the respect of the principles of their receiving countries whether it is in Sweden or in Côte d’Ivoire (where there already is a subsidiary of the SLA). The SLA as non-profit organization will make sure with the fulfilment of the needs of the newcomers in Sweden and elsewhere (Africa, Latin America and the Middle East (Asia)). The SLA is devoted to helping newcomers reading, speaking, writing and understanding the swedish language or one of the receiving country accepting or receiving them. The SLA will individually meet with each foreigner or newcomer in order to better understand the educational field this one needs to easily perform his or her career in Sweden or in other parts of the world (Africa, Latin America or in the Middle East (Asia)). The SLA will then make a listing for those she meets as newcomers or foreigners either in Sweden or in Côte d’Ivoire even elsewhere.
The SLA’s role consists for the most to promote peace from the lower to the higher level among individuals, within and between countries. This is the reason for which the SLA is deeply involved in helping newcomers or foreigners in Sweden to be conformed to the swedish principles as their receiving country. The idea upon which the SLA is built upon is to link each world individual to accept each other as one human race and to live together in harmony and peace with the respect of the convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. For a better nation as swedish civil society that is cited for the most as a typical example throughout the world to be named as the most generous state, the SLA will in accordance with the principle of swedish subsidiarity continue promoting the swedish social expansion worldwide.
Therefore, the SLA with all due respect will be devoted to help pushing the swedish action forward and still improving better solutions for asylum seekers and refugees or for newcomers or foreigners. The SLA will take on heightened importance and urgency in the context of her frameworks to help newcomers to follow the right direction by guiding them with the adequate assistance for better solutions in the case they were not familiar with the new receiving country. The SLA will be ready and deeply involved, as auxiliary agents to the social welfare department specialized in assisting and solving accommodation issues. To be faced with accommodation issues as newcomers in an unknown country is not that easy and this is one of the responsibilities of the SLA to be fulfilled.
Some years ago, the SLA’s bureau members have worked with actions concerning civil societies. Nowadays, some of the SLA’s bureau members based in Stockholm (Sweden) or elsewhere, dealt and still deal with social and cultural issues. Therefore, this time the non-profit organization Samaritan’s Leading Action’s bureau members and members want once and for all finalize the framework programmes of the organization in bringing their contribution to be known in the swedish society and even to make it known and work inside and outside the borders of Sweden. As the main role of the SLA, the SLA is about being opened up to and helpful to newcomers in order for them achieving or fulfilling goals kept for long or years ago before stepping foot in the receiving country Sweden and elsewhere.
The SLA is ready to perform miracles in the Swedish civil society in terms of newcomers or foreigners since the non profit organization is consisted of a mixed bureau members who are both from Africa (Côte d’Ivoire, Chad, Benin, Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania...) and Europe (Sweden).
The Samaritan’s Leading Action, as a non-profit organization, is most focused on world Justice and Peace while emphasizing the importance of providing an appropriate anti-corruption and integrity policy. She is ready to push and allow world populations to work hand-in-hand with each other for a peaceful and successful cultural world.
